Because Anitra Griffin LLC primarily provides professional services, consulting, and digital content, all purchases are considered non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions in error, or
  
  

• A technical issue preventing access to paid digital resources.
  
  

In such cases, please contact us at admin@agsolutionsllc.pro within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed consulting sessions
  
  

• Digital products once delivered or downloaded
  
  

• Membership or subscription payments already processed
  
  

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
